Sailsy and Slack
Sales tools are famous for notifying too much, which trains everyone to ignore them. Sailsy sends three events to Slack, and this page is specific about them, because a notification page that overpromises is how a channel gets muted.
Everything else stays inside Sailsy, in the daily focus list you read when you choose to.

| Feature | Sailsy | What Slack knows on its own |
|---|---|---|
| Someone replied to an email campaign | Posted as the reply lands, with the contact it came from | Nothing — your campaign tool is not in Slack |
| A meeting was booked | Posted when someone takes a slot on your Sailsy booking page | A calendar invite, if the invite reaches you |
| A deal was won | Posted when the deal is marked won, so nobody has to announce it | Someone remembers to post it |
| A reply straight to your inbox | Not sent to Slack — it appears in Sailsy's awaiting-reply list instead | Your mail client's own notification |
| Everything else | Deliberately not sent; it belongs in the daily focus list | n/a |
Does every reply from a prospect reach Slack?
No, and this is the one worth being precise about: the reply notification comes from email campaigns. A reply that arrives straight in your connected mailbox shows up in Sailsy, in the list of threads awaiting an answer, but it does not post to Slack.
Will this fill a channel with noise?
No. Three event types are sent, each one something a person would want to know within the hour. There is no digest, no activity feed and no per-record chatter.
Which channel do messages go to?
The one you pick when you connect through Slack's own authorisation screen. A shared sales channel suits wins and bookings; some teams choose a private one for replies.
Can I reply to a prospect from Slack?
Not today. The Slack message tells you it happened and you go into Sailsy, where the thread and a drafted reply are waiting for your approval.
The verdict
If your team lives in Slack, this makes three genuinely time-sensitive things visible without anyone opening another tab.
It is a deliberately small integration. If you were hoping every inbox reply would land in Slack, it does not — and we would rather say so here than have you find out by waiting for a message that never comes.
