Three layers: what it learns about your business, how it works the pipeline, and what you still control. Built for founders who will not hand a mailbox to a black box.
Act 1 · The profiling layer
Paste your website. In about 90 seconds Sailsy reads who you are, what you sell, who you sell to, and who you compete with. Connect Gmail or Outlook and it also lifts the people, the cold and warm leads, and the live threads out of your inbox. That profile is the foundation — every later recommendation is grounded in it, not in a generic sales script.
ICP, personas, offers, and competitors pulled from your site
Contacts, leads and conversations come from your inbox — you type nothing in twice
You can edit anything it got wrong before it starts working deals
Without this layer, an AI CRM is just another empty pipeline
Act 2 · The action layer
Sailsy watches for silence, stalled stages, and missed follow-ups. It drafts the next email, names the next move, and flags the deal that is leaking — then waits for you. Suggests and drafts. You approve and send.
Red: a deal with no reply, a stage that hasn’t moved, a leak
Green: follow-up sent, meeting booked, healthy next step locked
Nothing goes out of your mailbox until you say so
Act 3 · The user layer
You stay the sales manager. Disconnect Gmail or Outlook whenever you want. Change the profile. Ignore a suggestion. Sailsy is a delegate, not a black box — and the dashboard is the record of what it did and why.
Mailbox access is optional and reversible from Settings
Every draft is visible before it becomes a send
If you can’t see the reason, you shouldn’t have to trust the action
Sailsy reads and sends sales mail from your mailbox — Gmail or Outlook — so a reply lands on the right contact and your CRM fills itself in as you work. Connecting is optional. Disconnecting is one click in Settings. That is the whole contract.
Connecting a mailbox — Gmail or Outlook, both are first-class — is optional. When you do, Sailsy reads your sales mail so contacts, leads and conversations stay attached to the right deal without you retyping them, and it can send from that same mailbox once you approve a draft. Use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Your CRM records — contacts, companies, deals, activities — plus the business profile built from your website and what you add in the Knowledge Hub. Email content is used to keep the pipeline current, not to train a public model on your customers.
Yes. Disconnect Gmail or Outlook from Settings. You can also export or leave — Sales Assistant is free forever, and paid plans cancel at the next billing cycle. No lock-in stunt.
No. The product is built as suggest-and-draft. You approve and send. That is the trust contract, not a setting buried in a menu.
